Job summary

Apogee Consulting Group is seeking an Architectural Designer in Raleigh, NC to transform concepts into clear architectural plans, construction documents, and detailing. You will collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver high-quality, code-compliant designs for healthcare projects, balancing creativity with constructability.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of drafting experience, proficiency in Revit and Enscape, and is pursuing architectural licensure.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Three or more years of architectural drafting experience.
• Travel up to 20% depending on project.
• Working towards Architectural Licensure.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, construction documents, and design deliverables using Revit software.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and visual presentations from sketches, markups, and design concepts.
• Translate design intent into innovative, practical, and constructible solutions.
• Coordinate designs with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits, document existing conditions, and incorporate findings into design development.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and interdisciplinary coordination meetings.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Communicate design rationale and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders.
