HKS, Inc is seeking a Senior Project Architect in Dallas to lead project teams, develop design concepts and ensure delivery from concept through construction.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities, manage schedules, and oversee documentation and QA/QC across healthcare projects. Strong Revit/Navisworks skills and an ability to lead with a collaborative, client-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Accredited architecture degree required.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
• Experience with healthcare projects preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Project Architects and team to solve architectural and design issues.
• Define work plans with PIC/PM and manage schedules.
• Create and modify detailed implementation documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals.
• Prepare client presentations and present designs.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with standards.
• Travel to project sites is required.
