Job summary

HKS, Inc. is seeking a senior project leader to drive design excellence and project delivery across multiple assignments in Dallas. You will manage client relationships, coordinate teams, and ensure regulatory compliance and performance goals.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in architectural practice, licensure preferred, advanced skills in BIM and visualization, and a collaborative leadership style to guide complex projects from programming through occupancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in architecture or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of architectural practice and project leadership.
• Licensed architect preferred or actively pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Owns primary client relationships and project success across assigned programs.
• Directs multi-disciplinary design teams through all project phases.
• Manages schedules, budgets, and risk with the PIC and client.
• Ensures compliance with codes, zoning, and performance standards.
• Leads client presentations and public hearings as needed.
• Facilitates knowledge sharing and lessons learned across the firm.
