Job summary

CVS Health's Aetna Enterprise Delivery team is seeking a high-energy leader with strong analytic, Agile, and program management skills to drive delivery on critical Commercial Segment initiatives in Austin, TX. This role requires coaching teams, backlog management, and close collaboration with Technology, Business, and Operations.

You will oversee Scrum events, remove impediments, track milestones, manage budgets, and report progress to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of program delivery leadership in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of managing and developing teams of PMs and/or Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile/Scrum software delivery methods.
• 2+ years with budget planning, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years using budget management tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Running programs with budgets of $10M+ consisting of one or more large projects.
• Managing Agile resources and matrixed project team members.
• Driving planning activities, agendas, reports and tracking initiatives.
• Ensuring deliverables are created and updated as projects grow.
• Interfacing with Senior leaders from diverse areas of the company.
• Overseeing timelines and milestones with internal and external partners.
• Monitoring multiple lifecycles and identifying issues for resolution.
• Managing projects using CVS Agile methodology and other PM practices.
• Coordinating with other project leads to address challenges.
• Resource planning with stakeholders and ongoing support for goals.
• Regular project reviews and status communications.
