Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston seeks a Program Manager to lead a large-scale, complex program, coordinating cross-project initiatives, schedules, and budgets to advance organizational goals.

You will analyze data, prepare reports, identify risks, and guide a project team while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. This hybrid role is based at 75 Francis Street with a Monday–Friday schedule and regular day shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Healthcare program management experience 5-7 years preferred.
• Team leadership experience 0-1 year preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads program and project teams and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
• Conducts research, manages and analyzes data in systems, and develops reports and presentations to support programs.
• Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges associated with programs and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Monitor program progress and proactively address any deviations from plans, timelines, or budgets.
• Manages the program budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
