Job summary

Brigham and Women's Physicians Organization, Inc. is seeking a senior program leader to shape and drive key initiatives from strategy through execution. You will guide a collaborative team, ensure safe and efficient operations, and manage budgets across programs.

You will develop and launch new programs aligned with organizational goals, build high-performing teams, and partner with the Program Director to drive performance and coverage. This is a hybrid work model based in Boston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience.
• 5-7 years of program management experience preferred.
• Program management expertise.
• Cross-functional leadership experience.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and projects, keeping goals, timelines, and budgets on track.
• Develop and launch new programs, projects, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Improve operations by implementing systems, tools, policies, and procedures that promote efficiency and safety.
• Manage budgets and oversee assigned program funds.
• Build and support a high-performing team responsible for daily program administration.
• Partner with the Program Director on team development, performance appraisals, and employee matters.
• Collaborate across all levels of the organization to address concerns and support coverage needs.
• Ensure programs stay aligned with established goals, guidelines, and requirements.
