Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Sr. Product Manager for EHR/Acute Care to align regulatory requirements with product strategy from a remote location.

You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, analytics, UX, and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into clear product priorities. You will own the product lifecycle, drive discovery and delivery, and shape a roadmap that supports patient access initiatives, scheduling, referrals, and documentation workflows in a fast-changing healthcare

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a product-focused role in healthcare IT.
• Experience with post-acute personal care workflows and patient access.
• Experience managing product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, user research, and roadmaps.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product line from strategic planning to tactical execution by product owners/managers.
• Lead full product lifecycle from design to development, research to implementation and growth.
• Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers on impact analyses for product, customer, and market.
• Engage with customers, regulators, consultants, and partner vendors.
• Translate regulatory language into prioritized business objectives and roadmap.
• Engage users to understand implications of regulations and product workflows.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap with UX team for mockups and journeys.
• Evangelize products through sales collateral, education sessions, and webinars.
• Use metrics and feedback to inform priorities and improve outcomes.
• Maintain clear product documentation, decisions, and delivery expectations.
