Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare construction with a GC.
• Expertise in healthcare estimating and preconstruction planning.
• Proficiency in OSHPD, OSHPD 1, and HCAI regulations.
• Experience with Lean, IPD, TVD, and Design Build.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to current industry trends and regs.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction of healthcare projects ensuring OSHPD/HCAI alignment.
• Develop and implement preconstruction strategies (Lean/IPD/TVD/DB).
• Collaborate with teams to create estimates and timelines.
• Oversee healthcare estimating, identify cost savings.
• Coordinate with architects/engineers to meet goals and regs.
• Assess and mitigate project risks; report progress to stakeholders.
