Qualifications

10+ years of experience in healthcare construction with a GC.
Expertise in healthcare estimating and preconstruction planning.
Proficiency with OSHPD, OSHPD 1, and HCAI regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead the preconstruction phase for healthcare projects ensuring OSHPD/HCAI alignment.
Develop and implement preconstruction planning strategies (Lean, IPD, TVD, DB).
Collaborate with architects/engineers to produce estimates and schedules.
Oversee healthcare estimating process to identify cost savings and efficiency gains.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to align activities with goals and regulations.
Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Provide regular updates on progress and challenges.
