Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in the Denver area. You will oversee large-scale projects from conception through completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence and budget control.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of healthcare PM experience, a degree in construction management or engineering, and proficiency with Bluebeam and PM software. PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in healthcare construction.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, contract administration and procurement.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and other PM software; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts; ensure cost control.
• Lead contract administration and procurement processes.
• Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for execution and efficiency.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely milestones.
• Implement risk management to identify and mitigate risks.
• Communicate status, risks and issues to senior management.
