UST is seeking a Power BI Developer with healthcare domain experience to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that drive data-informed decision-making across clinical, operational, and business teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of healthcare data (claims, eligibility, enrollment, etc.), hands-on Power BI expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into insightful visualizations. HIPAA experience is preferred.

Competenze

• 6–10 years of experience building Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling techniques.
• Solid understanding of healthcare data such as claims, eligibility, enrollment.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL) and T-SQL.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: EDI X12 or FHIR/HL7 data formats; Azure Data Platform experience.
• Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into data models and metrics.
• Connect to multiple data sources (SQL Server, Excel, cloud services) and build data models using Power Query and DAX.
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and subject matter experts in healthcare.
• Ensure reports meet performance, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Validate and reconcile data across systems for accuracy and integrity.
• Document report logic, data definitions, and visuals for knowledge sharing.
• Work within HIPAA-regulated environments to manage sensitive data responsibly.
