Qualifications

• Academic rigor: MBA, MD, PhD, or actuarial/health‑econ credentials from a top institution.

Responsibilities

• Originate growth: Identify whitespace, craft C‑suite narratives, and close USD 10M+ in advisory bookings annually, anchoring USD 100 million+ technology/BPO follow‑ons
• Advise C‑suites: Serve as board‑trusted voice on AI, value‑based care, and cost transformation. Convene executive workshops that convert vision into funded initiatives
• Steer transformations: Govern multi‑tower programs (claims core, provider data, interoperability, GenAI UM) ensuring benefits realization, risk control and CSAT > 4.8/5
• Create IP and ventures: Incubate differentiating IP (e.g., benchmarks, indices, data products), spin out solution ventures and NextGen fields‑of‑play / fields‑of‑innovation with independent growth targets
• Amplify thought‑leadership: Publish 3 - 4 provocative POVs per year, keynote major conferences, and secure analyst citations that elevate Wipro’s brand
• Attract and develop talent: Recruit, mentor, and sponsor a diverse cadre of principals/directors; embed a psychologically safe, high‑performance culture
• Forge ecosystem alliances: Build and scale strategic partnerships with health‑tech disruptors, academic centers, and regulatory bodies to co‑create market offerings
• Own the P&L: Own full consulting P&L for assigned accounts, drive forecast accuracy, manage margins, and reinvest in growth accelerators
• Govern consulting business: Shape investment roadmaps, prioritize solution backlog, and propagate agile ways‑of‑working across a global delivery footprint
