Job summary

RxFunction, Inc. seeks an Account Services Manager to lead order intake and documentation readiness for Walkasins®. You will collaborate with Sales, Clinical, and Reimbursement teams to ensure accurate, timely order kits and smooth reimbursement.

The role starts hands-on and builds a high-capacity team for future volume. You will develop scalable workflows, drive data accuracy, and improve processes while maintaining payer compliance and strong stakeholder relationships across clinics, VA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 8+ years in patient- or customer-facing roles in healthcare.
• 5+ years management experience in healthcare settings.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop teams.
• Strong documentation and data accuracy.
• Strong collaboration with Sales and Clinical teams.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; CRM knowledge.
• Understanding payer documentation and Medicare processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day order intake and documentation readiness.
• Serve as primary contact for Sales and Healthcare teams for intake questions.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and internal teams to resolve barriers.
• Ensure forms and materials are submitted accurately and on time.
• Remediate missing or unclear documentation with clinical sites as needed.
• Design scalable workflows and assist with data entry.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members; set clear expectations.
• Drive accountability, accuracy, and urgency across the team.
• Track KPIs such as turnaround time, completeness, and throughput.
• Implement process and technology improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure documentation aligns with payer and regulatory standards.
