Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead the Care Group's operational and financial performance and to shape and deliver the Care Group's strategy in alignment with Trust objectives.

The post holder will manage a multi-disciplinary team, drive business planning, and ensure delivery of high-quality patient services within tight financial controls, reporting to the Associate Divisional Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent extensive experience.
• Management qualification, MBA or equivalent.
• Senior-level healthcare delivery with budget responsibility.
• Knowledge of NHS Constitution.
• Understanding of computerised financial and workforce systems.

Responsabilités

• Initiate, develop, coordinate and implement business planning for the Care Group.
• Coordinate and lead Care Group activity to meet performance targets within financial controls.
• Implement policy for the Care Group and ensure successful implementation.
