Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience and licensure in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities in healthcare master planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital site and facility master planning projects within approved program and budget.
• Mentor staff and develop client relationships across the field.
• Support business development and client presentations at industry events.
