Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage governance discussions, and ensure documentation and testing meet business needs.

Responsibilities include partnering with executives and clinicians, serving as the central point for new project submissions, and driving success from scope definition through delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare IT project management experience.
• Solid PM background in hospital or health system IT environment.
• Experience leading business process documentation and redesign across multiple functional areas.
• Ability to communicate vision, build relationships, and obtain buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership, clinicians, and cross-functional teams to evaluate enterprise technology opportunities.
• Serve as the central point of contact for new project submissions and ideas.
• Review incoming requests to document business needs, value proposition, costs, impacts, and risks.
• Define system scope and objectives via research and fact-finding aligned with business systems and industry requirements.
• Facilitate priority scoring with EPMO governance using alignment, impact, and urgency models.
• Coordinate governance reviews to approve, defer, or reject projects.
• Maintain visibility across the demand lifecycle using ServiceNow.
• Directly manage projects, controlling scope, schedule, budget, and benefits.
