Job summary

Dicom Systems seeks a Senior Integration Support Engineer to provide technical integration and support across diverse environments. You will install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and support Dicom Systems solutions in Linux environments, including on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid deployments.

The role emphasizes infrastructure, virtualization, and automation, with emphasis on secure, scalable healthcare IT integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline is required.
Strong Linux system administration, networking, and IT infrastructure knowledge.
Experience with virtualization, cloud, and enterprise integration is preferred.
Ability to read, write, and maintain shell scripts and automate tasks.
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, monitor, and support Dicom Systems software in production Linux environments.
Deploy and support enterprise software across physical, VMware, Hyper-V, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Troubleshoot complex issues across OS, applications, networks, storage, and security controls.
Write and maintain shell scripts to automate operational tasks.
Lead remote technical sessions, customer calls, and knowledge transfer activities.
Maintain documentation, deployment procedures, and change history with Git.
Collaborate with Healthcare IT and informatics teams to support integrations.
Ensure HIPAA privacy and security compliance in daily duties.
