Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Senior Engineer, Integration to act as a subject matter expert across enterprise applications, integrations, middleware, and platform configuration. You will lead design, development, and operations with a focus on reliability, security, and scalable integration solutions.

You will drive CI/CD pipelines, incident response, monitoring, and data-driven decision support while collaborating with analysts and architects in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 5+ years additional experience in lieu.
• 2+ years leadership of enterprise systems or related fields.
• Experience leading large-scale programmers and change management initiatives.
• Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems principles, tools, and industry standards.
• Ability to participate in on-call duties (24/7) in support of incident and event management escalation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate reliable, scalable systems.
• Lead application design, coding, testing, deployment per SDLC and security practices.
• Drive integration development between systems with analysts and architects.
• Improve Infrastructure-as-Code development, deployment automation, and configuration management.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
• Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
• Design monitoring and observability solutions for system health.
• Lead data analysis, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead code reviews and remediation of technical debt.
• Ensure policy compliance and thorough documentation.
