Zusammenfassung

UST is seeking an Experienced Healthcare Project Delivery Consultant to own end‑to‑end software delivery for healthcare clients. You will lead multiple engagements, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate with architects, developers, QA, and vendors.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of software delivery leadership, 5+ years in Healthcare IT, and strong client-facing communication. Travel to client sites is required as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years managing software development projects.
• 5+ years in Healthcare IT or healthcare software delivery.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall; pick the right approach.
• Hands-on with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Microsoft Project.
• Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong client-facing communication and executive presentation skills.
• Proficient in risk management, problem-solving, and decision making.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and utilization tracking.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end delivery of SDLC engagements from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Lead multiple healthcare client engagements with scope, budget, and timeline control.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, and vendors.
• Develop engagement plans, schedules, and status reports (Jira/Smartsheet).
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and tailor delivery model to client maturity.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; elevate to leadership.
• Provide executive-ready updates to client and internal leadership.
• Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance in delivery.
• Coordinate UAT, system integration testing, and deployments.
• Support business development with proposals and SOWs.
• Establish cadence to keep client and delivery teams aligned.
