Job summary

You will configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade systems, participate in implementations, and coordinate with vendors. The role requires collaboration with clinical, operational, and technical teams and includes on-call support in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Experience supporting clinical applications in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Experience with interoperability standards (HL7, APIs, interfaces, device connectivity) preferred.
• Experience leading projects, implementations, or operational initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configures, maintains, troubleshoots, upgrades and implements clinical applications and medical device integrations.
• Supports integrations with Epic and other enterprise systems.
• Leads or participates in go-live, testing, and vendor coordination activities.
• Acts as escalation point for complex application, integration, and workflow issues.
• Analyzes clinical workflows and their relation to the technical environment; assists with training users.
