Alameda Health System in Oakland, CA seeks a Senior Applications Analyst to implement, support, and maintain clinical and financial systems. This role requires understanding the hospital environment to maximize system capabilities for quality patient care and cost containment.

The position covers enterprise systems support, documentation, testing, and collaboration with clinicians and administrators to ensure reliable, integrated solutions across departments.

Formación

• Minimum six years of information technology experience.
• Healthcare information systems experience strongly preferred.
• Clinical credential preferred for clinical system roles.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate development of client specifications, testing scripts, training curriculum and project plans for projects of simple to medium scope and complexity.
• Develop and manage technical documentation using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
• Provide ongoing support of dictionaries, tables, screens, and system parameters; advise IS management on workflow solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting across all AHS systems; coordinate with customers, IS teams, and vendor reps as needed.
• Manage complex projects and cross-functional teams; contribute to strategy for technology use and workflow improvements.
