Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in Interior Design and/or Interior Architecture.
• Healthcare project experience across design phases is required.
• Licensure is a plus; LEED accreditation within 18 months is expected.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead design process for healthcare and corporate projects from concept through documentation and CA.
• Mentor and grow junior interior design talent.
• Collaborate across disciplines with architects, planners, and BIM teams.
• Produce design narratives and graphics to convey concepts clearly.
