Job summary

BD in San Diego is seeking a technically skilled Integration Engineer to support interface design, training, and validation with healthcare providers. You will interact with customer teams, provide product information, and help drive consensus across cross-functional groups.

The role requires knowledge of HIS integration systems, BD products, and hospital workflows, with multiple years in healthcare and HL7/EDI standards. Domestic travel and on-site collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
Knowledge of HIS integration systems and hospital workflow.
3+ years in healthcare with technical systems involvement and HL7/EDI knowledge.
Experience with integrated delivery networks / multi-facility health systems.

Responsibilities

Participate in meetings with customers to facilitate interface design, training, and validation.
Establish rapport with customers to build long-term business relationships.
Provide team support and in-depth product information on BD products as assigned.
Interact with customer teams, gain consensus, and deliver concise communication.
Consult Senior/Principal Integration Engineers as appropriate.
