Pink Moon Consulting is partnering with a global engineering and design consultancy to identify an Associate, Mechanical Engineering Lead for its Houston-based healthcare team. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering; PE license preferred.
12+ years designing building HVAC systems, with substantial healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary healthcare design projects as Project Manager and Mechanical Lead.
Direct the design of HVAC systems, including airside, hydronic plant, and specialty exhaust.
Own project quality, commercial performance, client relationships, and coordinated design delivery.
Lead, mentor, and develop engineers, with potential responsibility for the Houston mechanical team.
Support business development through proposals, pursuits, contract negotiations, and repeat-client growth.
