You’ll lead projects from concept through construction, oversee client relationships, and manage scope, budget, and schedule while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Active Texas Professional Engineer license.
• 15+ years of professional experience with hospital design across full lifecycle.
• Experience leading medium- to large-scale multidisciplinary projects as PM or director.
• Strong leadership, client development, commercial judgment and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary healthcare projects from concept design through construction administration and systems commissioning.
• Serve as Lead Engineer or Engineer of Record on key engagements, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify new market opportunities.
• Manage project financials, schedules, resources, risk, quality and contractual commitments.
• Guide and develop engineering teams and strengthen cross-discipline collaboration.
• Advance sustainable design solutions that improve healthcare environments and outcomes.
