White Oak Medical Center, part of Adventist HealthCare, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager for its Facilities & Real Estate team to lead complex healthcare construction projects. The role emphasizes delivering on time, within budget, and aligned with clinical and operational needs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of healthcare construction management, including supervisory experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Arch, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, required.
5+ years’ experience managing construction projects in the healthcare industry, required.
5+ years in construction supervisory experience, preferred.
Registered Architect, Professional Engineer, or PMP, required.

Responsibilities

Plan, track, evaluate, and execute a wide range of projects on schedule and within budget.
Oversee progression of healthcare construction projects with a focus on space planning, equipment, IT/security, and signage.
Coordinate with client representatives and Adventist Healthcare departments on delivery, resources, and status.
Lead cross‑functional teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues and ensure quality.
Manage project closeout and occupancy transitions.
Document project activities and maintain secure records in project repositories.
Develop and communicate a stakeholder plan for status updates.
Mentor junior project managers to support internal growth.
Perform other duties as assigned.
