Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department.
• Maintain the facility, grounds, equipment, and building systems in safe condition.
• Coordinate preventive and routine maintenance and respond to issues.
• Supervise outside vendors and contractors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, OSHA, and fire safety requirements.
• Assist with budgeting and purchasing for maintenance needs.
