The role requires 6+ years in healthcare construction, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects safely and efficiently. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; it’s a fully on-site post with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade or vocational training a plus.
• Minimum 6+ years in healthcare-related construction and maintenance.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel; familiar with internet software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (read, write, speak).
• Flexible schedule with overtime availability; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of construction and maintenance tasks in a healthcare setting.
• Lead and complete projects with attention to safety, quality and deadlines.
