Job summary

CORE Construction in Boise, Idaho seeks an experienced Healthcare Construction Sr. Superintendent to provide on-site coordination and leadership for all phases of healthcare projects. You will drive safety, quality, schedule and cost controls while maintaining strong relationships with trade partners and clients.

These complex healthcare environments require strict ICRA and OSHA adherence and operational continuity, with experience coordinating in occupied facilities and large $10M+ builds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Healthcare project experience with complex environments.
• Certified Healthcare Construction (CHC) certification.
• ICRA certification.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience delivering large healthcare projects ($10M+).
• Experience coordinating in occupied facilities.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
• Coach subcontractors on safe construction practices, including healthcare-specific safety and ICRA compliance.
• Enforce quality control standards and ensure timely correction of subcontractor deficiencies.
• Maintain and manage the project schedule, including critical path coordination.
• Facilitate subcontractor coordination to minimize disruptions in active and occupied facilities.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve challenges and unforeseen conditions.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and material submittals.
• Prepare daily field reports and weekly schedule updates.
• Ensure compliance with CORE best practices related to safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
