UKG is seeking a High-performing Account Executive to drive enterprise AI sales within the Upper Enterprise Healthcare install base. You will use consultative selling to understand business needs and recommend UKG software solutions to meet objectives, targeting 15,000+ employee teams.
The role focuses on strategic executive engagement, cross-functional collaboration with leadership, and on-site reviews to close multi-million ARR deals.
Competenze
- 5+ years of proven success selling enterprise platforms and AI at the C level.
- 2+ years selling within Healthcare.
- Consistently exceed a $2.0 Million+ quota.
- Experience selling deals over $1,000,000 in ARR and managing sales cycles over 9+ months.
Mansioni
- Drive consistent quarter over quarter revenue growth within our largest healthcare customers
- Continuously bring ideas to the table and communicate to leadership
- All offerings to be positioned in accounts to drive maximum revenue
- Forecasting and key tasks updated daily within Clari and Salesforce
- Strategic Client Relationship Management
- Foster and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision makers in all accounts, leveraging your successful years of enterprise selling experience to act as a trusted advisor.
- Onsite executive business reviews required in all assigned accounts (coordinated by UEAE) bringing key stakeholders to the table from UKG.
