• Coordinate with multiple disciplines for seamless project integration.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables with PMs and clients.
• Present technical material to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on work assignments.
• Provide timely feedback and support professional development within the team.
• Stay current with industry trends, especially data center electrical systems and digital integration.
• Support construction phase activities including submittals, RFIs, and site visits.
