Grace Design Studios in Pensacola is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex healthcare design projects and cultivate strong client relationships. The role partners with Studio Leaders to deliver client-focused healthcare design solutions.

The position manages projects from proposal through construction, guides teams with Revit/BIM workflows, and contributes to marketing and business development. It also represents the firm at conferences and travels as needed.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare architecture.
• Strong project and client management with leadership and communication.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Public speaking experience and professional representation.
• LEED AP/EDAC/ACHA/AIA affiliations preferred.

Required Skills

• Accredited degree in Architecture.

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare architecture across various project types, including acute and outpatient care.
• Strong project and client management experience, with demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM platforms.
• Public speaking experience and comfort representing the firm in professional settings.
• Professional affiliations such as LEED AP, EDAC, ACHA, or AIA preferred.
