Job summary

Perkins&Will North Carolina Studio is seeking a Project Architect with 8+ years of experience to lead healthcare projects from concept to construction. You will guide technical excellence, foster collaboration, and mentor staff while delivering high-quality design and documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating documentation, QA/QC, client communication, and regulatory approvals, with opportunities to contribute to marketing pursuits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Must be licensed architect with U.S. credentials.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates documentation and production of drawings and specifications.
• Leads QA/QC, reviews deliverables for standards and design intent.
• Manages project coordination among internal disciplines and consultants.
• Communicates with clients on technical matters and project status.
• Administers regulatory reviews and coordination with authorities.
• Supports project marketing pursuits and interviews.
