The position emphasizes ownership of design/build processes, collaboration across departments, and strategic planning to advance healthcare facilities projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified with 4 years of healthcare or academic design/construction experience.
• The CHD Evidence-Based Accreditation and Certification and/or ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads project teams; mentors and coaches others.
• Develops and leads teams, internally and externally.
• Manages scope, budget and schedule for projects of medium to high complexity.
• Builds organizational capabilities and conducts strategic planning.
• Develops departmental plans including priorities.
• Reads and interprets design documents; ensures design standards.
