The role emphasizes ownership of design and construction processes as the owner representative, using best practices and regulatory knowledge to deliver facilities that support care delivery and research initiatives.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree in Health Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Management, Civil Engineering or related field with 4 years of experience in healthcare or academic design and construction.
• Experience leading project teams and managing scope, budget and schedule on complex design/construction initiatives.
• Knowledge of design standards, contracts and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Leads project teams; teaches, mentors and coaches others.
• Develops, organizes, leads, and participates in teams, internally and externally.
• Manages scope, budget and schedule of projects or portfolios of medium to high complexity.
• Develops departmental plans and benchmarks performance indicators.
• Reads, interprets design documents and supports design/construction processes as owner representative.
• Procures external resources and leverages project management methodologies.
