Job summary

HarmonyCares is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to translate complex healthcare business needs into scalable data platforms. You will design data pipelines, APIs, and dashboards, collaborating with clinical, operational, and analytics teams to deliver usable insights across the organization.

In this role you will work with Azure, Databricks, HL7/FHIR data, and BI tools like Power BI/Tableau, building iterative POCs and ensuring data quality and security while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare data in a data/solutions role.
• Strong SQL and at least one programming language.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex healthcare needs into scalable data solutions.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and analytics teams.
• Develop data pipelines and REST APIs.
• Create dashboards and semantic models for insights.
• Ingest and normalize HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT data.
