Cloudwick Technologies - Professional Services in the Sacramento/Austin hybrid market seeks a Senior Solutions Architect for Healthcare Data and Integration. You will be the architect of record on a large state health data program, guiding architecture decisions and coordinating with agency IT leadership, EHR vendors, and hospitals.

Two openings; travel up to 25%; on-site 1-2 days per week; full-time; strong background in HL7/FHIR, AWS data services, and large-scale production systems desired.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of architecture ownership on production systems.
• Experience delivering large-scale production applications with end-to-end architecture.
• HL7 v2 and FHIR interfaces and understanding of EHR data structures.
• Experience with AWS data platform and lakehouse technologies.
• Ability to defend architectural decisions in healthcare/public sector contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture across concurrent workstreams and align with multiple teams.
• Lead technical design discussions with the agency, vendors, and hospitals.
• Own interface contracts across application, data, and exchange boundaries.
• Maintain data-isolation model and prove its effectiveness.
• Turn program requests into scoped, buildable designs and push back when needed.
• Provide technical input to estimates, plans, and change requests.
