Job summary

AndHealth LLC is building a modern data platform to power analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives. You will own the data ingestion and transformation stack, handling messy healthcare feeds and evolving schemas to deliver clean, trustworthy data to the warehouse.

We expect hands-on data engineers to design resilient pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement observability while leveraging AI thoughtfully to accelerate delivery and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and operating production data systems.
• Experience with ingestion from diverse sources and schema changes.
• Strong Python for ETL/ELT workflows and data quality checks.
• Advanced SQL skills for large-scale transformations and modeling.
• Deep knowledge of data warehouse concepts and cloud platforms.
• Ability to design resilient, scalable data pipelines and backfill methods.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the ingestion layer for diverse healthcare data sources.
• Design production-grade, idempotent pipelines with validation and schema evolution.
• Implement data quality, observability, and monitoring at scale.
• Manage orchestration, scheduling, and SLA-driven reliability.
• Tune warehouse performance and manage security and access controls.
• Translate source systems into clean raw and staging datasets for analytics.
