Analytica is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise-grade data platforms for health care programs. You will lead scalable pipelines, ensure data quality, and enforce CMS and federal governance in cloud environments.

The role requires deep DataOps expertise, strong leadership, and collaboration with architects, data scientists, and program stakeholders to deliver high-quality data products and operational capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years data engineering in large-scale enterprise environments.
• 3+ years supporting CMS or federal healthcare programs.
• Experience with production-grade data platforms in regulated environments.
• Proficient in DataOps and modern data engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable batch and streaming pipelines.
• Develop ETL/ELT workflows for reporting, analytics, ML.
• Implement data governance, lineage, and quality controls.
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders on roadmaps.
