Job summary

Futran Solutions in the United States seeks a senior data management professional with 10+ years in MDM and RDM, and healthcare payer domain experience. You will design and implement MDM/RDM architectures and lead cloud migrations to Azure, leveraging Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure SQL, and Databricks to enable enterprise data integration.

Qualifications

• At least ten (10) or more years of Data Management, Master Data Management (MDM), and Reference Data Management (RDM).
• Previous experience in the healthcare domain; experience working for a Healthcare Payer preferred.
• Strong expertise in Member and Provider data domains within Payer or healthcare organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, Reltio, and SAS data management tools.
• Proven experience designing and implementing MDM/RDM architectures in complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success leading cloud migration of MDM/RDM platforms (preferably to Azure).
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services, including Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure SQL, and related components.
• Proficiency in Databricks for data engineering, transformation, and integration.
• Deep understanding of payer data standards, healthcare interoperability, and regulatory requirements.
• Leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
