TalentOla seeks an Informatica MDM Consultant to join an Agile team building healthcare applications and implementing features with best coding standards.

The role requires hands-on MDM/RDM, Azure services, and tools like Informatica MDM, Reltio, and SAS. Onsite Philly thrice weekly with leadership responsibilities across technical teams.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in Data Management, MDM and RDM
• Healthcare domain experience; payer background preferred
• Strong expertise in Member and Provider data within payer/healthcare
• Hands-on with Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAS
• Experience designing MDM/RDM architectures in complex enterprises
• Led cloud migrations of MDM/RDM platforms to Azure
• Proficient with Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure SQL
• Skilled in Databricks for data engineering and integration
• Deep understanding of payer data standards and healthcare regulations

Job description

Informatica MDM Consultant you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Responsibilities:

• At least ten (10) or more years of Data Management, Master Data Management (MDM), and Reference Data Management (RDM)
• Previous experience in the healthcare domain; experience working for a Healthcare Payer preferred
• Strong expertise in Member and Provider data domains within Payer or healthcare organizations
• Hands‑on experience with Informatica MDM, Reltio, and SAS data management tools
• Proven experience designing and implementing MDM/RDM architectures in complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated success leading cloud migration of MDM/RDM platforms (preferably to Azure)
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services, including Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure SQL, and related components
• Proficiency in Databricks for data engineering, transformation, and integration
• Deep understanding of payer data standards, healthcare interoperability, and regulatory requirements.
