Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems.
• 3+ years designing/operating entity-resolution/MDM in production.
• 2+ years building API integrations and data pipelines.
• Proven matching logic across identity attributes with quality controls.
• Experience designing data models and remediation workflows for duplicates.
• Full SDLC, automated testing, code review, controlled production delivery.
• Experience with high-volume production services, observability, and incident response.
• Hands-on fluency with AI coding assistants and agentic dev workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain identity-resolution and MDM services.
• Develop and tune matching across names, addresses, dates of birth, and IDs.
• Implement workflows to merge/unmerge/link/separate records with audit trails.
• Define and monitor resolution-quality and data-quality metrics; investigate issues.
• Own data models, APIs, and integration patterns for clinical systems.
• Collaborate with product, governance, operations, and engineering on requirements.
• Write design docs, architecture decisions, and runbooks.
• Review code and contribute automated tests (unit/integration/perf).
• Automate recurring tasks; script/manual steps replaced by automation.
• Support production services; participate in incident reviews and RCAs.
• Mentor junior engineers via code reviews and pair programming.
• Engage AI-first workflows across design, implementation, and testing.
