Job summary
Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst – Data & Analytics with Healthcare Experience to bridge business stakeholders and data teams, driving data solutions in healthcare. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare data analysis and business process knowledge.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with MS SQL Server.
- Experience with GCP/BigQuery and data validation.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum and creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document healthcare data requirements.
- Lead requirements workshops with stakeholders.
- Create and manage user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Perform data analysis using SQL/MS SQL Server and BigQuery.
- Coordinate UAT and support end-to-end delivery.
- Collaborate across data engineering and analytics teams.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
