Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst – Data & Analytics with healthcare experience. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver data and analytics solutions, gathering requirements and translating them into technical specs.

You will validate data, perform mappings, and work with claims, Medicare, and Medicaid data using SQL, BigQuery, and related tools in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Strong experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare business processes and healthcare data analysis.
• Experience working with Claims, Claims Adjudication, Medicare, and/or Medicaid programs.
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience using MS SQL Server.
• Experience working with GCP and BigQuery for data analysis and data validation activities.
• Proven experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements documentation.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in Agile delivery teams.
• Experience performing data mapping, reconciliation, impact analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating UAT activities and supporting end-to-end project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for healthcare data and analytics initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand healthcare processes and data needs.
• Conduct workshops to define project scope and solution requirements.
• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Perform data analysis using SQL, MS SQL Server, and BigQuery to support solutions.
• Map, reconcile, and analyze data across multiple systems and data sources.
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, QA, and business teams for delivery.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Coordinate UAT activities and support issue resolution.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate status and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support end-to-end delivery ownership for healthcare data initiatives.
