Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a data analytics professional to design, build and deploy analytical solutions for executive leaders and key stakeholders. You will lead projects, gather requirements, and collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver dashboards from diverse data sources.

The role requires expertise in SQL, Python or R, and advanced data visualization using BI tools. Hybrid work in Downtown Seattle is offered, with on-site collaboration three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health science, computer science, math, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in data analytics, data analyst, or equivalent role.
• Experience with SQL, R or Python for data extraction/integration/aggregation.
• Expert in data visualization for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with at least one BI tool: Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, Business Objects, html/d3.
• Experience with source control and version management.

Responsibilities

• Design, create and deploy analytical solutions for executives and stakeholders.
• Lead projects, gather requirements and coordinate with end users and teams.
• Develop dashboards and views from multiple data sources and ensure data integrity.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and sustain solution scalability.
