The Team
The Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will join a team that thrives on leveraging data, analytics, and technology to deliver meaningful business value. This is a team with technical aptitude and analytical prowess that enjoys building efficient and scalable products and processes. Ultimately, we are passionate about effecting change in healthcare. The Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will also join a mix of Healthcare Analysts, Leads, Consultants, and Principals. In addition, as part of the broader Milliman landscape, they will work alongside Healthcare Actuaries, Pharmacists, Clinicians, and Physicians. We aim to provide everyone a supportive environment, where we foster learning and growth through rewarding challenges.
Location
It is preferred that candidates work on-site at our Chicago, IL, Milwaukee, WI, or Hartford, CT office. Remote candidates will be considered.

Compensation
The salary range is $65,200 - $168,600, depending on a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. If overall experience is 2 years the range would be $65,200 - $125,040; for experience of greater than 4 years, the range would be $85,100 - $168,600.
