Responsibilities

• Provide legal and compliance advice to SRAlab leadership and staff across departments.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex healthcare and commercial agreements.
• Respond to subpoenas and regulatory inquiries, and oversee outside counsel when engaged.
• Collaborate with Compliance, IT, HR, Medical Staff and Operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
