Job summary

Cascadia Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider, seeks an experienced Controller to oversee accounting and financial reporting across multiple states. Reporting to the CFO, you will modernize processes, strengthen internal controls, and guide audit activities while supporting growth and acquisitions.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of senior accounting leadership, CPA, and deep GAAP expertise within regulated environments. Boise area preferred, with periodic onsite presence required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Director of Accounting, or similar senior accounting leader in a large, complex organization.
• Experience supporting organizations with significant scale, preferably $500M+ to $1B+ in annual revenue.
• Healthcare, post-acute care, skilled nursing, senior living, hospital, physician practice, or similarly regulated industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting organization with managers and functional leaders.
• Own financial reporting, close processes, and regulatory compliance across multi-entity operations.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and scalable processes.
• Support acquisitions, integrations, and due diligence activities.
• Provide timely financial information to executives and operating leaders.
