Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports on income, expenses and earnings.
• Lead annual budget process with key stakeholders.
• Oversee audits (401k, workers' comp) and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain relations with banks and financial institutions.
• Develop training to automate processes and improve close cycles.
