Banner Health seeks a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management across high-spend clinical categories. You will manage a $100M portfolio of procurement contracts and outsourced services, maximizing value while controlling costs.

Collaborate with physicians and clinical leaders to craft sourcing strategies that balance financial stewardship with positive patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Requires seven or more years of similar purchasing experience.
• Experience with capital equipment purchase, RFP development, bid analysis, and contracting.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare procurement and contracting processes.
• Strong planning, directing, communications, negotiations and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel to company facilities for meetings and assessments.

Mansioni

• Monitor, re-bid, or re-negotiate contracts every 1–3 years.
• Identify new cost-saving sources and procurement opportunities.
• Develop specifications, perform due diligence, draft RFPs, and edit contract documents.
• Coordinate legal review and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Provide enterprise leadership in contracting and procurement for assigned service lines.
• Communicate work plans and coordinate with affected parties.
